A unit consisting of 4 members of the “NPO Gurutta Network Omachi” and the “Omachi Village Folktale Preservation Association Monpe-no-kai”. They were involved in the respective co-ordination and management of the food project aspect of the “Shinano-Omachi Food & Art Corridor 2014”. They provide food that expresses the uniqueness of the area, the wisdom of the lives of the people who lived there, and the power to live.
